ITS THE DOCTOR!!!! ...... well not exactly we ran in to this lovely lad in Aflecks browsing the racks and fell in love with this look.... we have expected to bump into the Tardis.... the smartness of the bowtie and waistcoat really contrasts with the casualness of the converse creates a look that evidently works as he was rocking it.....
